That said, the food was, as always, delicious. However, I do have a significant concern regarding food safety: I noticed that two of the cooks were not wearing any head coverings. One of them had longer hair, and if I had spotted a hair in my food and noticed that, I would have been outraged. Having worked in food service myself, I know that when handling food, staff should wear either hairnets or at least caps. This is a serious violation of health regulations. If an inspector had come in and seen that? It could lead to significant repercussions."
