"Additionally, there were only two waitresses on duty, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination between them. It would have made more sense for one to cover one section and the other the opposite side. It really feels like basic common sense.
That said, the food was, as always, delicious. However, I do have a significant concern regarding food safety: I noticed that two of the cooks were not wearing any head coverings. One of them had longer hair, and if I had spotted a hair in my food and noticed that, I would have been outraged. Having worked in food service myself, I know that when handling food, staff should wear either hairnets or at least caps. This is a serious violation of health regulations. If an inspector had come in and seen that? It could lead to significant repercussions."
