"This was my first time ordering pickup from this restaurant, and I was excited because I had enjoyed my previous visits. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that the woman on the phone had mistakenly included pho in place of something else I had ordered. When she asked if I would still like the pho, I politely declined. To my surprise, the owner then yelled at me, claiming they would have to throw away the food. If they had simply explained that they couldn't remove the pho because it had already been prepared, I would have been fine with paying for it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Additionally, I overheard the staff discussing me and how I had made her switch out the pho. As delicious as the food is, this was an incredibly disappointing service experience, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back."
