The chips keep coming until your meal arrives, and I definitely recommend getting some guacamole to go with them. The menu is also very vegan and vegetarian-friendly, with a dedicated section for these options. My personal favorites are the black bean and corn empanadas, veggie jambalaya, and bean burrito.
