"We make the 45 minute drive here from East York all the time, and its worth it. I 'll start with the first important thing you need to know. The food here is all made from scratch. Down to the bread and the dressing, everything is fresh, real and absolutely delicious. This menu is made with love and it shows. Now, the second most important thing. The chicken Curry is so good here, that if I was asked what I 'd like my last meal to be, I 'd scream Warehouse Bistro, Chicken Curry! With zero hesitation. I 'm not even a Curry fan, but something about this dish is addicting and mouth watering unlike anything Ive ever eaten, anywhere. The chicken literally melts in your mouth. It kicks you with such deep spicy but the coconut milk cools it down at just the right moment. Heaven, plain and simple. My boyfriend agrees as it 's usually what we both order and today we brought his mother to test our feelings. She also LOVED the Curry. The ginger vinegrette dressing on the side salad is just pure drinkable. If we could buy it in bottles, we would! In addition to the cute, comfortable vibes from the interior decor, the staff is wonderful. I don 't know how you do it, but you hire some of the kindest, most relatable and lovely people. We miss John terribly since we all lost him, but somehow the bartender that is now in his place is just perfect. It was big shoes to fill and she is just the most fantastic fit Thank you so your consistency, your flavor and your amazing service. We yell everyone we know about you. If you haven 't tried this place yet, don 't wait any longer!"

"It 's almost like this restaurant completely gave up, what used to be packed was quite empty for lunch. There was a hair in my food, error after error, and poor service all around.As soon as we were seated the nightmare started. We were seated in a table that was broken, the lightest touch and tilted like a seesaw. The hostess gave us attitude just for asking to be moved.Then came one of the worst waitresses I have ever encountered (receipt said name was Evan but not sure). After a long wait she finally showed up. Our party of 3 all asked for water, waitress only brought one water? Asked for water again but waitress forgot again. We 've now been waiting quite a while and waitress finally asks for our drink order, so we order drinks and say we are ready to order food. Waitress says she can 't take the food order yet? what?! And that she 'll be back, proceeds to disappear. Drinks don 't come out for 15 minutes and waitress doesn 't show up once. Finally waitress comes to take the order, she repeats the order twice incorrectly. Part of order does come promptly but waitress put in the wrong order (potato crisps instead of country potatoes). Have to flag her down to address it and ask for water AGAIN.Finally my meal comes last, there 's a GIANT HAIR across my breakfast sandwich. Of course waitress is missing again. After 5 minutes of waiting, i get up and go find her myself, I explain the situation and she says she 'll be right there. Waitress proceeds to walk past our table and take another parties order, take payment from another table, and actively ignoring us. Everyone is almost done eating and I am still sitting with a plate with a hair in front of me. No offer to remake it, no offer for another item, just ignored. I get up and request a manager. When the manager shows up i 'm heated and complaining at the lack of service/food/errors. Waitress proceeds to walk up and lie, says she did address the hair with me but no manager was around? What??!!! Also tells the manager look there 's a glass of water on the table so what 's the issue?Manager was just as incompetent. First question manager asked was do you want to keep the plate or would you like me to remake it? Who would say yes I want to eat the food with hair in it thats been sitting untouched for what was probably 15 minutes? Manager completely ignores and fails to address the service complaints. Replacement plate took just as long to make yet it looked like it was microwaved (limp yet steaming croissant sandwich). Manager then says I took the sandwich off your bill and I also took the replacement sandwich off So she was going to charge me for both?? Oh and at the time the replacement showed up is when the Country Potato finally showed up for the error the waitress first made.Manager did not assign another waitress to us and old waitress continued to completely ignore us. Yet found it in her heart to show up for payment and sarcastically say she hopes we had a great time and service..."

"Nothing wrong with Cesar's Killer Margarita or the Great Friendly service they provide. It's the place the food.First the place. It was summer when we last visited. It was lively teeming with folks immersed in Mexican revelry. But now the bar area is small. Rooms closed off so there are only two left. Blame Covid? The revelry was gone. Now the food. It came to us lukewarm and without the paid for sour cream. Chips sauce were outstanding. We'll go back in the summer and hope its changed back to the fun place it used to be."

"My husband and I went out for dinner and tried cevapi and shopska salad. I am from Serbia and my husband is from England. We both agreed that the cevapi we had were just as good as the ones back in Serbia. The taste was amazing and the meat was very fresh. The ajvar and kajmak that came with it were also delicious. The kajmak was not the same as in Serbia, but still good. The shopska salad was not the best, but still good (the tomatoes in the US and Serbia just can't compare). We also tried palacinci for dessert, which was good. The waitress was very nice. We will definitely come back for more cevapi and my husband wants to try their sarma next time - can't wait!"

"An Out of the Way Treasure! Holman's should be on everyone's list. There's something for everyone, from the cocktails and wine/beer list to the desserts. Yes, the menu is small and creative, local, imaginative, and well thought out. The service is attentive and helpful even fun! The history and ambiance of the place is worth the trip in itself. "I can't think of a bad restaurant experience. as in, I never wrote a review, but this time I felt that. we have kept up on an open table, but when we showed up, no one knew we were coming. as manager in customer service I felt bad for the waiter because we had a big party and they were unprepared. That is why we have kept up. where is the miscommunication? the chicken parmesan was burned, very bad it could barely intersect with a sharp knife. the waiter mixed every person order and could not seem to follow everything. when his coworker came to bring our food while he was gone, they gave several commentaries on how incapable the waiter was. he was. but did not have to be told by her. the salmon on the salat was raw, I love sushi, but I also love to be cooked the salmon in my cesar salat. the wrong pizza coughed on the wrong table and had to regain it. the potatoes to the pot roast were hard as a rock and cold, I think it was cut and never boiled. not worth the accumulated $400 bill in consideration of the half of eating went uneaten, the children ate the pizza and that was it. Maybe a good night time place for a drink to stop because they are in the city, why not, but would recommend to stay away from eating. terrible service. a good food. overpriced."

"My wife and I liked Rio's very much... We will definitely come back. However, a couple of things we noticed.... the sides dont really match the meats served... Rio's should offer a rice dish...like a Pilaf. The salad bar is pretty small. there was one point where it seemed like we were getting skipped when the meats were being offered... my wife said...should we go... I said no..I wanted to see how long our dry spell would last. it was almost 20 mins. It is a very young staff... The girl that sat us down and served us most of the time was very sweet. we really liked her...wish I remembered her name. All staff including the young Mgr. were really great. Overall... we'll be back for dinner again. :"

"They reserved a gorgeous view of the boats for us, since we booked on Open Table!! Yay!! What a beautiful sunset at the harbor, relaxing fire pits, and incredibly kind staff. Great for a simple night to go somewhere new on the water. The food could use a little help get the arugula salad, the fries. The burger was okay love the egg bun nachos had unusual red sweet hot peppers, but they should have used real cheddar instead of velveeta style cheese. Thumbs up overall!"

"It was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning. There were so many dishes I wanted to try! I had the shrimp with the sauce, and it was delicious. A jazz band played, which created a really nice atmosphere. The only downside was that I had to go to the counter to place my order and pay at that moment. However, if I wanted an alcoholic drink, I had to wait for the waitress to take my order at the table, as that was a separate process. Unfortunately, my food arrived before I had a chance to get my drink."

"Service was great. Very friendly staff, however the food was a deception, the bacon felt like fake, no flavor, plastic like and the waffle with not enough texture. This was my second time after been here 4 years ago and I thought it was me the first time but unfortunately not. Food really needs improvement."
