"Customer service is quite bad. I had to call about 10 times before anyone picked up the phone. I asked to speak to someone regarding gift cards since the girl on the phone could not answer my question. The other employee would not come to the phoneand would just convey messages to the poor girl who now became the messenger. It was very frustrating. After several failedattempts to get my questions answered, he finally came to the phone. Apparently they are changing gift card vendors during thebusiest gift card time of the year and did not know when they will be back in stock. Both of the individuals that I spoke tosounded very young, like 16 years old. Overall, very poor customer service."
