"This is my first visit to this boba place, and it will also be my last. When we walked in, we wanted to order a taro smoothie and requested it at 50% sweetness; they told us no. That was disappointing, but we tried to order another smoothie with the same 50% sweetness and were told no again. We ended up ordering the coffee milk tea with 50% sweetness, but it was still excessively sweet, like it was at 100%. The service was terrible, and the staff were not friendly when interacting with customers. They seemed unprofessional and inexperienced, and to top it off, the boba was undercooked."
