"I am a regular customer at Fortune Cookie, visiting at least two to three times a month. I have never experienced any issues with my orders, and I truly enjoy the food. However, I had a very unpleasant encounter with Brandon, who identified himself as the manager on November 22, 2022. He was the most rude and disrespectful employee I have ever come across there. Today, he was unhelpful and informed me that he would not provide a credit despite a misunderstanding with my order. In the past, I’ve always been able to receive either a credit or some accommodations. Brandon's behavior today was unprofessional and quite unpleasant. This kind of poor customer service is detrimental to the business. If Brandon continues to work at the front counter, Fortune Cookie risks losing a significant number of customers."
