"After making a reservation a week in advance, we were offered a table either in the doorway up against the hostess podium, a small round table with one side seating near the bar aisle or a table outside in the covered patio area. While the cheese board was good, the bread was not fully cut and by the time the knife came we were nearly finished. The waiter mixed up the steaks (their most expensive item) and was unsure of how each of us had ordered. We had to switch food after checking the steak ourselves. The food quality, taste, presentation and environment was not representative of the price. The outdoor seating was essentially a tarp covered patio with a fireplace video on a big screen television (which buffered at times) and two heaters in the corners emitting a red light over the entire area with some places much warmer than others. After seeing other guests vacate their table, we decided to move closer to the heaters. Overall a disappointing experience for the price point and the reservation planned well in advance."
