"If you're in a hurry, don't stop at this Firehouse Subs. We came to lunch on Saturday and waited 45 minutes for our 2 subs. Don't get me wrong, her food is good, and it's our favorite sandwich chain, but I suggest finding another firehouse. The staff is friendly and respectful, but the 4 kitchen staff including a blue shirt male manager did not seem much urgency during the lunch break. We have in principle joined all those who are waiting for their food and wish us mutual happiness. There were more people in the establishment without food than with food. I saw two people approaching the kitchen I take to ask for reorders because something was wrong. Great subs, but I'm trying another location."
