"Hidden in the back of The Niwot Market is a fantastic surprise: an exceptional sushi bar that truly elevates the experience on Sundays with Chef Tsukasa's remarkable ramen dishes. An Osaka native, Chef Tsukasa brings authentic flavors to his cooking. I've visited multiple times, highlighted by a trip years ago with a Boulder neighbor, and my latest visit exceeded expectations with outstanding food! The decor is charming, featuring various Japanese items that create a lovely ambiance, and the menu is clearly displayed. There are many tables available, and you can grab drinks from the market itself. For those who prefer the outdoors, there are picnic tables outside as well! Ample parking is available in their spacious lot. While their sushi is delightful, the ramen is truly exceptional and unlike anything else found in this region. It takes me back to the best ramen I've tasted in Japan, particularly in Osaka. The expanded staff also allows Chef Tsukasa to serve dishes more efficiently. Whether you dine in or take out, this place is as good as it gets!"
