To the owner or manager, please read this: the self check-in feature can be efficient, but it needs better communication. When we arrived, the person at the front desk had their back to us, focused on their iPad. It felt odd that no staff acknowledged our presence, and I was confused about why we were being ignored. Eventually, I caught the attention of the wait staff, who signaled for me to use the self check-in with a barcode. Once I understood, the process was smooth. However, I noticed other customers coming in and leaving because they weren't aware of the self-check option. This lack of communication is quite off-putting. While I enjoyed the food, the poor initial experience overshadowed it. You're likely losing customers because of this issue. Please consider placing instructions at the entrance, or at least a larger sign, and avoid positioning tables where staff have their backs to incoming customers; it feels disrespectful. I truly hope this gets addressed, as the food is really good and fresh otherwise."
