"This is the first time my wife and I have ever walked out of a restaurant. Party of 2, arrived at 6pm for a 6:30pm reservation. My wife and I enjoyed a drink at the bar, which was excellent. We were then seated outside at 6:30, and things went downhill. We saw 2-3 servers/staff stop and look at us but no one, no one, said anything to us, let alone greet us. It was a gorgeous night and we were chatting so we didn't pay much mind. After a bit, however, it was ridiculous. My wife went to the hostess stand. We were quickly given some bread and waters. It was 7:05pm. We were told the manager and a server would be over in a minute. At this point we were done. At 7:08pm we had it and left, opting to walk a short distance to Lib's Grill. On the walk over I called the restaurant to ask why we were ignored and spoke with the manager. While pleasant and apologetic out night out was compromised. She said they were short staffed and had several large parties that needed attention. We were very much looking forward to a good night and what looked and smelled to be great food. The manager asked us to come back and she would give us a $25 gift certificate. I said we were there for 38 minutes at a table, in the front to boot, and were completely ignored. Why would we walk back? In this day and age, completely unacceptable. Shame on Galliano, thank you Lib's Grill for a terrific meal and outstanding service!"

"I had a fantastic brunch experience overall, rating it a 4.5 out of 5. Jamie, our server, deserves a perfect score of 5 out of 5 – he was outstanding. The restaurant has an a la carte menu, which is not my favorite style, but the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes, potatoes, and sausage, and the portion sizes were just right for me – enough to satisfy me without overeating. The potatoes were absolutely delicious, the best I've ever had. I don't know what they seasoned them with, but I almost wanted to order more. However, I managed to resist the temptation! For brunch drinks, I tried the pear bellini and mimosa, which were a bit bland but did the trick. It seemed like the drinks were pre-mixed and served from a pitcher. Besides the amazing food, Jamie really stood out during our meal. He was quietly attentive, able to gauge the mood of our table and provide service at just the right times. When my friend and I were having a private conversation, he respected our space and did not interrupt. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great brunch experience."

"when I first tried this restaurant, I really liked it, but after about a year began to change the eating. so much that I just didn't order. the last time I ordered was mai 2021. I decided to try again and I should know better. I spent 100 on 3 pounds garnel, 1lb mussel and calamari. I had to call twice because they gave me a crack instead of a whistle. I ordered extra sharp. the sauce was very salty. I didn't see thymian, my bag had several whole claws. the calamari was salty and a very small part than in comparison to eating inside. I was not given enough lemons. I went to the shop to buy lemons. I really wanted to love it again because cajun garnelen os one of my favorite dishes. Maybe I've got a bad stack, I don't know."

"Bowlery’s has a promising location: on the water near a cute airport where you can see small aircraft landing or withdrawing. less promising was eating and parts of the service. and the ambiente, the photos look great, but they concentrated on the entrance; the area was nowhere so elegant. service. the young man didn't just feel excited to see us and his handling g of the seats lie. we were put on a table that blown cold air on us. When my companion asked to be moved, he had to squeal the air handle. that wasn't it. then our waitress said she would have done it. her service was happy and we were happy with it. we were less satisfied with a wrong order delivered twice! instead of the entree scallop I got the appetizers; instead of the “chocolate cake” we got a chocolate-sealed cake, which was almost melted and wanted to flee from its miserable. that leads to eating. the $34 entree Italian scallop with pasta came with another scallop over the consumed appetizer scallop. so, one more scalopp than the appetizer for about twice the price. that sucks. the taste was good, but I have exhibited over the cheap the restaurant. the laugh of my companion was good. she didn't snap over it. dessert. the “chocolate cake” was photographed beautifully. on the tongabel it was dried and “meh”. I'm not gonna remember that this is how unforgettable it was. blah. probably maxwell house. so for the artful website and attracting photographs, this place is flatter than a kansas prairie in the middle winter."

"I ordered the farmers omelette and a parfait. It was really good. It was pricy but the quality is worth it since they use organic items. When I walked in, I saw really good looking pastries (that I'll try another time). This place has a good variety of food. If you are craving something, they probably have it. I asked for hot cocoa which wasn't on the menu and they were able to make it for me. It gets busy and it was short staffed but the person in the front tried its best to get the orders out. Expect a wait, a pricy meal, but you'll enjoy the food!"

"New Wednesday Ladies Night Special....Do NOT bother. I have been to this restaurant a few times for dinner and the food and service is usually great. However, I went yesterday for the new Ladies Night Special and it was terrible. The drinks were mostly juice (rum punch was straight juice, the cosmopolitan was a much better option) and the food was extremely lack luster. The worst part was the service. The special is unlimited drinks for 90 mins, but my waiter took well over 20 mins to return to the table to ask if we wanted another drink and then took another 10-15 mins to actually bring out the drink, which I thought was odd because the restaurant was not packed. As a result, we were only able to get 2-3 drinks (there were two of us). I would return for their regular menu items, but would not bother with this Ladies Night Special Specifically."

"for the first time before a PPAC show. reservation was for 5:15 we received our food at 6:10. the PPAC show was at 6:30 o'clock. Of course, the service was very slow and we had to get rid of our eating. they give a free dessert card in their PPAC subscription and we couldn't even use it. Eating was good, atmosphere is nice. but the service was not good. I don't think I'll go before a show again."

"The food was top-notch (steak tips and Caesar salad). Be wary that Uber Eats does not forward instructions, so you're better off using the Red Heat Tavern website lest you end up without cutlery or ketchup. When that happened to me, Roman quickly rectified the situation and got to the root of the problem. Well done in turning around a dicey customer experience."
