"I took my son and enkel on a Saturday night after the day in philly museum hopping (we drove from northern virginia on fri for a long weekend.) we had made reservations through open table, but really not necessary, because there were very few diners there when we arrived. not sure why, as it is a very welcoming environment. Maybe later in the evening (there is also a banquet hall and nightclub in separate areas of the same building, I believe that all part of the same facility.) our server was extremely gracious with my grand (11 and 8) and very attentive to the needs of the entire group. the eating was very good (I had new york steak, my son had huh, a grand had mac and cheese, and the other one hamburger and pommes,) and the portions generous (especially for the young) even shared a nice and affordable bottle of pinot noir with my sohn to supplement the meal. my only negatiw was that the one I ordered was much bigger than I expected, but it was well joined together and satisfying (although a tad light on dressing.) everything in all it was a very pleasant experience, and we all enjoyed a very good meal at the end of a long day to foot and stand. I'd definitely return if I'm back in the opposite, thank you for being exactly what we needed."
