"Update: have to lower to 4 stars. Vegetable tend to be a bit bland. The vegetable dish and beef and broccoli both had bland vegetables. The beef was ok, but nothing great. 2 stars for vegetable dish, 2 3 for beef and broccoli.Original Review:Option for Dinner Combos which include Veggie Egg Roll and Chicken Fried rice set this place apart from other Chinese Takeout places. Their Mongolian Beef was absolutely perfect and the best I've ever had. Very good food, made very quickly, not perfect, but I will be back. See below for more detail:Chicken wing appetizers worst thing of what I ordered. Expensive, good size, but the chicken was over cooked, very dark exterior, tough, and lacking in flavor. However, still edible. I'd give 2 stars. J's Peapod wings are much better.Chicken Hot Sour Soup Best Hot Sour Soup I've had in a while from several different places. Good spice, good tang, and I like the chicken rather than the standard pork, great, 4 stars.I LOVE that they have the option of Dinner Combos, which come with an entrée, chicken fried rice, and an egg roll. Most places only do lunch combos, so if you want an entrée and fried rice for dinner you're spending $16 at the least. I think this makes the value at this restaurant much better. But I don't think all entrees can come as a dinner combo, only the ones listed on the menu...but I didn't ask to verify. 5 stars for just having that option!Shrimp Chow Fun Noodle Delicious. The Shrimps are large, fresh, and most importantly, deveined! Good overall taste. The actual takeout looks just like the picture (on google maps reviews) No corners cut here! 5 starsMongolian Beef Dinner Combo Very likely the best Mongolian Beef I've ever had. Just like the picture. Good cuts of beef, not fatty and chewy, but nice and tender. Onions and everything are perfectly sautéed. Nice amount of heat in the dish to bring out the flavors, well done! 5 starsSweet Sour Chicken Dinner Combo The battered chicken is what you'd expect from takeout. I don't order this a lot, but I was displeased with the sauce. I feel the sauce should be thicker, redder, and more flavorful...more sweetness and tang. It felt like a thin syrup. So my kids ate it without the sauce, and enjoyed it. They said it was like chicken nuggets (a good thing) and they enjoyed the chicken fried rice that came with it. 4 starsShrimp in Lobster Sauce (w/Pork) Dinner Combo I got this because the picture looked so good. It was very good. I just wish I could get it without pork, but it looked just like the picture, and tasted delicious! Again, large fresh shrimp, deveined. 5 starsVegetarian Eggrolls (Included with the dinner combos) Standardly Delicious! Good flavor, good crispy roll, my wife noted the hint of cinnamon (I believe it's the allspice, but I believe this is standard for egg rolls) 5 stars.Chicken Fried Rice (Included with the dinner combos) Good. Maybe could use more chicken, but I wouldn't complain. I enjoyed the flavor and texture of it, as did my kids. 5 starsKeep it up, Ken King!"

"Small restaurant with what I noticed, a lot of to-go orders. If you come with a group larger than 6, expect to be split up or get cozy with your group by squeezing in additional chairs. Service was ok, seems a little understaffed. I wouldn't say this is a warm and fuzzy place. Speaking of warm, inside is the opposite, a little chilly. Scan the QR code and place your order. You can order from each individual phone, but they will bring one total bill at the end of your meals, and only two card splits max. Noodle soups are served in bowls and everything else is in to-go trays. My friend asked for a bowl to toss her food together in and they brought a tiny bowl, lol! Ask for a larger one and they'll say they ran out, even if there's only about 15 people in the entire restaurant. Overall, the dining experience was a little awkward. I had the seafood laksa noodle soup and that's what made up for the service and the reason why I am giving this place 4 stars. Very creamy and delicious soup with plenty of fresh seafood. Also comes with a ramen egg with strong soy and umami flavor, which I appreciated very much. Large portion of food and very fulfilling. My milk tea lacked jasmine tea flavor and tasted mostly like milk. I ordered 50% sweet, but prob could have gone up to 75% or even 100%. Boba was sweet and chewy, pudding had good egg flavor but no texture. If I come back, it'll probably be laksa noodle soup to-go."
