"Came in for a chicken burrito bowl and asked for the contents to be poured into a bigger bowl bc the contents were spilling over; I was told that she could not bc it was against the Manager 's orders. I wasn 't asking for a bigger serving, only simply a bigger bowl but she insisted that she couldn 't accommodate my request after I literally just paid almost $13 for a burrito bowl. The lady preparing my bowl poured more beans than chicken and when I asked for lettuce, I was met with major attitude anything else?! and after giving it some thought, I asked for cilantro, onions, and tomatoes and her response was the pico has all three ingredients so in other words, no. The lack of customer service here is mind-boggling and you 're better off going to Whole Foods Market Cocina or Chipotle. So much for trying to support a local business."
