"I 've been here 3 times. The 1st was ok. Smoothie was good, service ok. The 2nd time, they opened late. No big deal, I get it, but when I walked in the lady didn 't acknowledge me until I asked if I could order. She just looked at me, so I ordered, received my order and left. The 3rd time they opened late again. I stayed in my car to give them a few minutes to get started. When I walked in neither employee greeted me. The older women was counting the till. She didn 't look up, say anything or acknowledge me in any way. I stood there awkwardly for several minutes. The younger girl did finally smile as she sucked on her smoothie. But didn 't offer any help at all. I finally just gave up and said wow, I 'll just go somewhere else . Still not a word was spoken. This business needs some serious customer service training."
