"My rating reflects my experience with the dishes I tried and the service I received. After reading several reviews, it's clear that many others share the sentiment that the Aji De Gallina lacks flavor and doesn't meet expectations. If this is a recurring problem, it would be wise to either improve this dish or remove it from the menu altogether. On a brighter note, the leche de tigre was excellent—full of flavor and a generous portion—but it was oddly served without any fried corn. I asked for a small side of fried corn, but the server never brought it. When our main dishes arrived, I had to ask again, and her response was, "I only have two hands," despite the fact that she was only attending to three tables. However, the other dishes my family ordered, such as the fettuccine with pesto and lomo saltado, were quite good. Overall, I find this restaurant somewhat overrated. Adding an automatic 20% gratuity for a party of four seems excessive, especially since many negative reviews point to poor service. While I didn't expect authentic flavors from a Peruvian fusion restaurant, I was hoping for more flavorful food. I do want to commend the host or manager on duty, who was very friendly and welcoming."
