"We gave this restaurant three chances since we were traveling. The first visit was decent, so we decided to return. However, during our second visit, everything was ice cold, which was quite disappointing. By the third visit, we had family in town and wanted to support a Black-owned business, but I felt so embarrassed. The food was worse than any BBQ I've ever had, and it didn’t look anything like the pictures online. My beans were muddy, and even though they claimed they were cooked fresh daily, I found that hard to believe. It’s frustrating because I specifically asked if they prepared the food daily, and they assured me they did. The only reason I’m giving them one star is that the owner was very friendly."
