"The restaurant has a very dim atmosphere, and while the staff is friendly, there seems to be a lack of urgency in serving customers at their tables. Even though our order was the only one waiting, it took almost 45-50 minutes to receive just 12 chicken wings and a basket of fries. We were never offered a soda refill during our visit. The food was delivered by the cook, who was quite pleasant and checked in to see if we needed anything else. However, due to the long wait and the restaurant's overall appearance, we probably won't be coming back."

"We ordered pick up. The bill for a family came to $77. I ordered a double perch dinner for $17. All I got was skin and breading. That was the sorriest looking perch dinner I have ever received. I called to talk to someone, and they were supposed to call me back but couldn't take the time for an unsatisfied customer! They make a great Patty melt, but I won't be back."

"The bone-in wings were decent; a few were a bit dry and stringy, but overall they were quite good. I would have preferred to have two different sauces available, as the app only allowed me to choose one for the wings, while it automatically allowed two for the tenders. I found this surprising, especially since the wings were priced higher than the tenders. My wife absolutely loved the six chef-crafted tenders; she said they were the best she's had in a long time because the coating remained light and crispy the whole time. I tried them as well and agreed—they were really good, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned. She also enjoyed the fries."

"I gotta say, I heard the myths of these “twisted tenders” and I must preach the word, they are VERY delectable. I guess you can call me a “tender defender.” I searched far and wide to find these wonderful CRISPY tenders and trust me when I say crispy I mean, CRISPY CRISPY CRISPY. After taking a bite of one of the tenders I was taken to another planet… no wait may I say, I was taken to another galaxy. I must say these tenders were rather hard to find (unlike stated in other reviews. I had to ask a few locals to help me track down these scrumptious concoctions of joy, but it is not about the destination rather the journey and the people you meet along the way! One day the question may arise “Would you go back?” The answer is simple, yes, there’s no other place I’d rather be than enjoying a wonderful crispy tender! This establishment will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ll never forget my first twisted tender."
