"I'll start by saying that service was on point. The one woman managing the front of the house never stopped moving she was taking orders, running food, checking on guests, clearing tables, and closing out bills for a more than half full restaurant. Our drinks and seaweed salad arrived as quickly as I could have hoped for, with cooked through tapioca pearls in my milk tea and a premixed Vietnamese coffee. I'll probably skip the summer rolls next time since I prefer peanut sauce over hoisin sauce with that particular app. The pho overall was just okay: excellent quality meat, but somewhat light broth and clumpy noodles. I'm glad I skipped the seafood pho, since I'm not a fan of imitation crab sticks. I intend to come back during offpeak hours (parking can get competitive in the shared strip lot) to try the pho ga and teriyaki beef short ribs, if for no other reason than to throw more money their way."
