"I used to be a Sweetgreen evangelist and went through phases of picking up salads almost every evening on my way home from the gym. However, over the past year or so, I have soured on Sweetgreen. The portion sizes have been cut significantly while the prices continue to inch upwards. On several occasions, I have picked up salads from the 14th and W location where I?ve been able to see the bottom of the bowl. At first, I just continued reporting my negative feedback on the app and getting store credit, but at this point, Sweetgreen isn?t even worth the effort it takes for me to do that, far less my money. My favorite fast casual chain has now become my meal of last resort."
