"We had a great experience at Hill and Bay during a recent holiday event in the private dining area. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. We decided to try the eggplant Parmesan and the burger. The burger was exceptional, one of the best I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection, with tasty meat and a delicious Smokey flavor, topped with an incredible sauce. Unfortunately, the eggplant Parmesan did not meet our expectations. It was dry, tough, and resembled veal rather than eggplant. Despite this one disappointment, everything else about our dining experience was top-notch, with a well-organized and enjoyable atmosphere."
