"I always request fresh food when I order, because otherwise, I end up with food that's been sitting in the warmer for over three hours. Moreover, the person at the counter seems to struggle with English, even though she's the manager. I had to repeat my points code seven times—literally! When I tried saying it in Spanish, she still didn't understand. I'm baffled as to why she's in that position. Overall, I'm extremely frustrated with the cold food, poor service, and the language barrier. It feels very unprofessional and disorganized. The entire experience was disappointing."
