"Sub Shop has been a favorite of mine since childhood, but I've been increasingly disappointed with my orders lately. Given the prices—$18 to $24 for a full sandwich—I expect my order to be correct, made with quality ingredients, and to taste good. Unfortunately, tonight's order for my friend and me missed the mark on all three counts. I received white bread instead of the wheat I requested, ham instead of turkey, and there was an excessive amount of bread compared to the skimpy portions of meat and lettuce. To top it off, one of the pieces of foil used to wrap my sandwich had clearly been used before, with grilled onions stuck to it. While I'm willing to give them another chance, I can't help but feel let down by this long-standing Columbia institution."
