"What a really beautiful experience. It started with a very warm and gracious server Sara. She was exactly what you hope for when you eat. Extremely competent, friendly and really straight radiated large heat. The pasta fagiole soup has a nice taste. The chicken parm had a great taste to go with a beautiful texture. The chest was beaten, baked and was above the top with taste. Just an addendum. I stayed in again, the food was just as excellent, but even better is the service I still receive here. Tonight I had Jennifer and she was amazing in every way. Great food and even better service, just a place I would highly recommend."

"I recently discovered this restaurant during my travels, and I'm so glad I did! The staff is incredibly friendly. Juan stands out for being attentive and kind to all the customers; he even remembers the names and orders of his regulars! The pizza was fantastic, and the crust was simply addictive. "For years, I had passed by this deli tucked away in a plaza and often wondered if it was even open. After reading some reviews, I finally decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of parking, friendly service, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My egg and cheese sandwich was outstanding and the coffee was good as well. I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu and will definitely recommend it to others. The lesson here is to never judge a book by its cover."

"I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered curbside pick up and called the store when I parked to let them know I was there. They told me it would be right out. Then I watched a worker walk outside and smoke a cigarette while another worker stood with him and talked. I waited 12 minutes before calling again to verify I had ordered from the right location and ask if they had my car information. The guy on the phone told me I would just have to go inside to pick it up because they were just so busy. I said I was sick and he said to me Well that 's not fair to me! We shouldn 't have to bring it out to your car if you 're sick. He then hung up on me. I drove off without my food upset but then got a call from the store saying they would leave it on the hood of my car. I said I would turn around and go back. I then sat outside for 20 more minutes and never got my food. I was sick (not from covid) and upset so, my sister said she would call to see what the deal was. When the phone was answered, she first asked to speak with the manager on duty and the same guy who hung up on me said HE was the manager... He then got a terrible attitude and hung up on her. Absolutely unacceptable way to do business. Curbside was created for the specific purpose of safely delivering food to a customer. I am not a Karen- I was completely prepared to drive off and just never give them business again-but then they called back and said they would put it on my hood and just never did, so I was pissed. This is the first Google review I have done in years. If that is the *actual* manager, the owner should make some changes or the franchise license should be revoked. And by the looks of it, I 'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with these folks. Will never go back."

"Being a repeat client of the others locations on Napoli on the Bay and working in customer service, I don 't like to write bad reviews. We order delivery yesterday, Uber Eat App would not let me change the address for 1 number so instead of choosing the option leaving at the door I chose Meet at the door . The drop the pizza in a random chair in an abandon house. Pizza was ok and problem was easy to solve, the bad part was when I called to ask (since it says on its way till late that day) the person that answer was super rude and keep yelling and blaming me on the phone. I understood my part of blame but their support and assistance after paying was terrible. VERY disappointed! I 've been also in the restaurant once before and place is very small and tables sticky!!!!! After the answer I received on the phone and all the bad reviews below I doubt that they will address this issue to ensure a better service in the future as the owner said."

"We decided to support our small local business today. Our last visit to Caruso’s was good. This was definitely a mistake. We should have turned around after stepping out of the car in ankle length grass. We passed many restaurants on our way home just to support local because without local business the corporate world could control everything. The menu does note that prices have increased and I do understand that. Upon ordering we were even discussing pricing in front of the lady waiting on us. After ordering we noticed ants on the window. After getting the salad on the table the ants started to gravitate towards the food. The pizza came shortly after. The pizza was good and the ingredients were fresh. I had to get up and wait a while to get a box. She asked me if I was ready and I told her yes mainly because I wasn’t going to sit back with the ants. I was going to inform her about the situation but she was on the phone. While she was ringing up the order. I was looking at the menu to try and figure out why we were being charged $29 for a $17.75 pizza and a $2.99 side salad. She quickly said prices increased and it’s very expensive for us to change menus. I do understand that if prices increase for a business that they do have to pass it on to the customer. I couldn’t understand a almost $10 price difference though. There should at least be some type of menu that the customer could refer to that does have a current price. Since I don’t want to go to a restaurant that I may not know what price I will pay, I’ll take my business elsewhere. At the prices that they are charging now I could have eaten at a much higher class place where I would not have to worry about the ants. I didn’t intend on placing this in the reviews but when you inquire about something you shouldn’t get attitude. We were in the process of paying but couldn’t understand the steep price. Everything was good and the attitude changed when I asked why it was so much different. As I have said in the past I much rather leave a good review but if you are reading my reviews you should know the truth as well. "Honestly the food isn?t bad, but unfortunately it?s not good either. It?s well made generic bagged and canned food, nothing I tasted was fresh or homemade. Unfortunately I don?t think I?ll be returning. While I know this review sounds harsh, I?m not dumping all over the place. It wasn?t dirty or gross in any manor but is in clear need of an update and overhaul. While the staff was pleasant it took the gentleman cashing us out nearly 5 minutes to ring me out on his POS system, and even had to go to a different screen.
