"Service is very poor! We arrived there and no body came offer us water etc we saw they are not busy only us that time.Lady inside the kitchen no mask and was coughing and always talking while handling food. Our server also was coughing and talking while she handles the food! We also heard the cashier also was coughing.. they should be wearing a mask because we are not safe yet besides they are handling foods. It's our 1st time going there and may not go back again. Pls be kind to your costumers be safe and hygienic. Thank you!"

"I’ve been searching for a good bowl of pho in Wasilla and this place had it! The broth was rich and flavorful. The price was very fair for the portion. The only thing I would say about the atmosphere is that it is average but the vents on the ceilings need cleaned, they blow air on top of the tables (the food) and they are due for a cleaning. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We will be back. "I LOVE the food in here. I just LOVE IT!!!!TAUM and fresh off the oven bread is to die for.Vegetarian options: You can ask for a vegetarian plate, they will accommodate your request. Now, having said that, IF you are a total vegan, please remember that there are restaurants especially open for you. I have a niece that is totally vegan, and I had to put her in her place when she expect a meat, salads, seafood restaurant to give her special treatment. I always respect other needs, but they also have to respect other people needs as well.Hummus, grilled vegetables, rice, fries, hot pita bread, toum, babaganush, lentil soup, falafel are great options for vegans.Kid-friendliness: Fries, hot bread, toum, chicken, and more.Parking: Parking on this strip mall is no problem. "Not recommended. We requested a takeout order from this restaurant. We ordered a drink and two bowls of pho. The drink was watery and had a strange green chemical color. We told the man at the counter that we didn't want the drink because it was untouched, but he was very rude and refused to give us a refund. He also refused to offer us a replacement, only saying they could put it somewhere. We paid for everything and left. When we opened the soups, we found them in a cheap plastic container that was extremely hot and made a mess in our car and bag. The pho itself had a greasy fat and a strange taste, making this one of the worst pho experiences we've had."

"I love pho and I will give every restaurant who sells pho a chance. I decided to try the pho noodle soup (shrimp, well done flank and vegetable), grilled pork spring roll and their homemade iced tea. The pho was good. I loved the fact that they gave me sriracha condiments to intensify the flavor. Honorary mention I am so glad my shrimp wasn’t overcooked as it was cooked just right. The pork spring rolls were so good. Honestly, give me a platter of those and I am a happy lady. I really have to give a special shout out to the homemade sweet tea. As a southerner, I have a specific palate of how sweet tea is supposed to taste. The sweet tea here was so good and I wish I could buy a gallon of it. The lady who helped me was so sweet and she even stirred my tea before letting me walk out the door. The restaurant is super cute and wasn’t super busy around 4 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. This is a good restaurant if you’re looking for some good Vietnamese food in the Chastain area."

"Thankfully insomnia is not a common issue for me though their shop hours painfully is...insomnia seems more fitting of the couple that runs this place as their energy is infectious, and of course with a name like that yes they do serve coffee. Everything from coffee of the day, all types of espresso drinks including Thai coffee, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate, Matcha Latte, Espresso Shake...even Bubble drinks!If you got your sleep to swing by early enough they have breakfast which is served til 10:30am with Breakfast on the French Roll to their Breakfast Special which all sounds yummy to make a great start to your day.This Vietnamese restaurant or I think it is has the classic Bahn Mi along with the standard Turkey, Tuna, Roast Beef, Ham or Chicken sandwich on your choice of bread, Salads, Pork Chops, Steamed Fish Fillet, Pho (Beef, Chicken or Veggie) and I already knew what I wanted instantly looking at their menu.Lemongrass Chicken Cold Noodle though their menu states all plates served with small salad, and Jasmine or Brown Rice which I didn't think my dish qualified for and wasn't really interested but they did gave me a slice of papaya. The sauce that came with it tied it all just perfectly already loaded with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers, Thai basil and the load of peanuts the chicken seasoned perfectly all came together so refreshingly.The vibe in this tiny nook is so cute with a giant champagne glass filled with goldfish and every wall is decorated but the real draw is the sweet couple with sweet aunty making you feel so welcomed as if you're the only one there she making sure I was comfortable.Insomnia...cute name with the loveliest couple who takes great care of your needs that will put you in a knack attack food coma.Thank you!"
