"Dead atmosphere and probably would do a lot better if more people 2ouod try the food. Not a lot of people I know has even heard of the place. Personally, I think the food is great. Never seen actual advertising or anything about the place. Other than that, awesome good, awesome workers and polite service, awesome place!!!!"

"I got the Fresh Veggie sandwich, I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but from other places veggie sandwich's that I've had, this one was pretty tasty! I'd suggest a little more of the other veggies compared to the lettuce, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the 2 people that helped me (I don't remember their names) were very professional and polite."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! I visit every other week, and the manager is incredibly nice. He always makes sure my order is perfect. The other lady who works there is also very sweet. They do keep the hot sauce hidden because they worry that people might steal it, so you have to ask for it since it’s behind the counter. But everything is always fresh and delicious!"

"UPDATE Mar 2021. Back again for sandwich and bag of chips. Very good bargain...if the $5 off loyalty club coupon had stayed on my wife's phone. She is going to call Scholtzsky's customer service Mon and ask what went wrong. We were about to pay and the $5 off disappeared. The staff wasn't concerned if the customers did or did not wear masks. They wore masks. We also liked more meat on sandwich; see photo. BTW: if one is coming from the east best way to avoid Preston Road traffic is to get to Ohio Drive and drive north/south to John Hickman Pkwy. Use John Hickman to cross over with traffic lights to go south on Preston Road. Better than trying to cross over busy Preston Road. Also it would be helpful to labels the bins that the drinks lids are kept to more easily tell customer which is small, medium, large. See photo.OooRah! Yes, they are open for dining in, see new photos. Many still going through drive thru. Fast service food hot. We haven't been to this location in very long time. Too much competition in Collin county. Free WiFi."

"Three stars only because the people working there are friendly and their Original sanwiches are good. BUT their salads are below sub-par. If you are planning to go there for a salad, expect to order extra dressing, to pick off the stale croutons, and hope the 4 thin little strips of grilled chicken is enough protein to carry you through to dinner time. If you want a salad, save your $10 and go spend $13 at Salata. Seriously, you will get better nutritious toppings and WAY more bang for your buck. Seriously, Schlotzsky's should be ashamed of the salads they are selling for the price. #ew"
