"This review is based solely on the customer service experience. I entered the restaurant during lunch, and it was chaotic, with staff scrambling to prepare takeout orders. I couldn't figure out how the place operated, as there were no signs indicating where to order, and no one was available to assist me. I wanted to order a falafel bowl, which, based on the pictures, seemed to be on the menu, but I later found out they don't actually serve it. It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed and not willing to help, so unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy a meal there."
