"We went here for an upscale experience and were extremely disappointed. It was not busy when we ate there, but the service was unreasonably slow because our server kept going outside to smoke. The whole place was dingy. The tables were chipped, chairs were worn and torn, and there was trash and food all over the floor in the food prep area (which is in the middle of the dining room and visible to diners). When my drink was served, there were chunks of something floating in it. To top it all off, workers rolled a cart through the middle of the dining room with giant trash bags on it. Overall, the only thing upscale about The Keep was the price. Very disappointed because we were out for a special occasion. Definitely won’t return here."
