"I’ve often enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Vals. Always a great place for dinner. I needed a takeout dish for a mercy meal. Val was very kind and patient helping me pick something that was meatless. We settled on a pasta with roasted tomatoes and spinach in a cheese, wine, red sauce. Val was very accommodating with time constraints because I needed this for a Wednesday morning funeral and they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. She was able to make it work! The dish was delicious (of course) and was met with great reviews. Thank you Val, you always come through!"
