"When you visit a restaurant in a small town, you never quite know what to expect, especially if it's housed in an old building or, in this particular case, a converted old house with multiple dining rooms. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The service was quick and friendly, but the real standout was the food. The seafood platter was generous, featuring a large portion of grouper, a dozen shrimp, around 25 bay scallops, a crab cake, 2 hush puppies, and a choice of 2 sides (I opted for corn nuggets and cheesy grits). It was double the amount of food I'd get in larger cities, and it was cooked to perfection. I was truly impressed by the quality coming out of this small kitchen. Speaking with the server, I found out that all the seafood is sourced fresh from right down the road. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that exceeded my expectations."
