"I have never experienced such disappointing service before. Our waitress took ages to take our order and seemed to be in a hurry, barely staying with us for a minute before rushing off. It took forever to receive our food, which was only mediocre. During our meal, she was too busy chatting with another table about dogs. She also forgot to bring our ketchup multiple times, and when she finally did, she delivered it to the wrong table. When we requested to split the check, she did it poorly, simply dividing it evenly instead of accounting for what we actually ordered."
