"Just awful. Surly woman with crossed arms by the register doing nothing but glaring at the busy kids haplessly trying to make sandwiches. The set up is utterly ridiculous. Wait on line forever. Be sure to grab your desserts and drinks or you have to go back and wind through the line to get them. Don't forget to grab the right chips as you pass by or you'll have to, again, wind through the line to go back and get them. The kids making your sandwich ask you what you want, then walk to the other counter to make it. By the time they get there they forget what you ordered and have to walk all the way back to ask you again. All this while the surly lady who handles the money does nothing. Then once the kid makes your sandwich he/she has to carry it over to the counter where you are standing (as half of it falls on the floor) so it can be wrapped up. Then the kid has to scream over to the surly lady what you bought. Who knows what she is entering into the register as she just comes over and demands an amount of money. While she's doing this the kid can't take any more orders. She has to go back to the register with your credit card... While the kid and you stand and wait. Then she comes back with your card with no receipt. What the heck did I just pay for? Oh my, I was ready to poke my own eye out! This place would NEVER make it in Brooklyn! Oh, and did I mention that NONE of the sandwiches on their menu had descriptions? No one could tell me what an Italian sub was. A perfect example of how NOT to run any business."

"Whenever I order a sandwich, it arrives cracked in half with fillings spilling out. The meatballs are often cold in the center and fall out because the sandwiches aren’t sealed properly. Additionally, the bread quality is poor; it seems pre-made, which leads to a crusty and cracked texture. A coworker ordered a veggie sandwich and found that the vegetables were frozen solid inside. The staff also struggles with properly wrapping items. They roll wraps similarly to how one might fold a taco, which leads to breakage along the sides. From my experience in a restaurant specializing in wraps, I know that the tortilla should be rolled around the filling more securely. Today, I noticed some cookies at the register, only to discover they were burnt to a crisp on the bottom. After taking a bite, I realized they were completely charred, making them a waste of money. When I asked how recent they were baked, a staff member told me they had been made three days ago! I also inquired about the muffins, which looked hard and crushed, and received a vague response that indicated uncertainty about their freshness. One redeeming quality of this restaurant is its pricing; the sandwiches are quite affordable, which is why I’ve continued to return, hopeful for improvement, and because of its convenient location near my workplace. Ultimately, the problems seem to stem from management and staff training. While the employees are fantastic and hardworking, it's disheartening to see what used to be a Subway turned into a subpar imitation. I genuinely believe that with better training in sandwich and wrap preparation, as well as improvements in the quality of the bread, wraps, cookies, and equipment, this place could thrive. I truly care about this restaurant and would love to see it succeed so that I can update my review and recommend it to others looking for high-quality, affordable meals in the city and near their workplaces."
