"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. I had called ahead to celebrate a friend's birthday and was informed that they stop taking orders at 7:30 PM. We arrived before that time but no one greeted us. We ended up standing around for a while and even started putting tables together ourselves while the waiter or owner chatted at the bar. After 15 minutes of waiting and rearranging things, she finally came over and told us we could only order fried food because the bar was closing in 5 minutes. Based on our phone call, it felt like she was saying we shouldn't have even bothered to come, as she clearly had no intention of providing service."
