"The chicken here is very good, while the other dishes can be hit or miss. The service leaves a lot to be desired—it’s just okay.
Our go-to item is the 24-piece (Large) Honey Garlic Boneless Chicken, which we absolutely love. It’s worth noting that the sauces can vary, depending on which chef is preparing them. We find this charming, but it might be stressful for those who prefer consistency. The Honey Garlic sauce can be wonderfully sweet one week and then unexpectedly tangy or spicy the next. We enjoy this variation, but I can see how it might be a concern for those who prefer a spicier sauce.
The reason we keep ordering this dish is that the chicken is always juicy, and it has a fantastic crunch. We usually pair it with our own rice, kimchi, and pickled radish at home.
There are a couple of other items we occasionally try:
1. **So Dduk So Dduk** - This dish is adorable and has a carnival-like taste, but like the chicken, the sauces vary quite a bit. While we find this fun, it can be a bit odd if you’re expecting something spicy.
2. **Chicken Bulgogi Poutine** - This is a generous portion and tastes great, though it can be messy and overwhelming.
However, we’ve tried seven items that we won’t order again:
1. **Original Golden Olive Chicken** - Quite plain and ultimately pointless.
2. **Bulgogi Rice Bowl** - Usually pleasant, but ultimately bland and overly sweet.
3. **Kimchi Fried Rice** - Decent but not worth the price tag.
4. **Steamed Rice** - We were curious about what they’d serve, and it was quite disappointing. Definitely avoid this.
5. **Fried Dumplings** - Another questionable choice; they were just... fine.
6. **Cheese Sticks** - Also a miss; definitely wouldn’t recommend.
7. **Sweet Potato Fries** - It is precisely what it says, but not worth the order.
As for the service, we dined in once and had a very disappointing experience due to the service and atmosphere. However, the takeout option is excellent—simple and hassle-free. We always call ahead and park in the back."
