"This place offers the best BBQ in Washington! The ribs were incredibly tender; I could cut through them effortlessly with a plastic knife. They had just the right amount of sauce too. The coleslaw featured some interesting spices, and I also tried Dave’s brisket, which came with fantastic toppings that complemented the meat perfectly. I really enjoyed the sauces as well—definitely not your typical BBQ sauces; you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into every item on the menu. The cocktail menu was impressive, and the owner was great, sharing some of his BBQ techniques with us."
