"I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, there were too many disappointments and the prices were too high for the quality of food we received. We placed our order through the app, which was a hassle from the start as it had trouble saving and processing our order correctly. After finally completing the order, we arrived to pick it up only to find there was no drive-through for pick up. While this wasn't a major issue, it added to our overall negative experience given the cost and assumption of tipping. I agree with another reviewer who commented on the sticky floors, which made me uncomfortable. The lack of working A/C only added to my discomfort. I felt bad for the lone employee who seemed to be managing everything from the register to the kitchen and tables. After a 10-minute wait, our order was finally ready, but it was missing a few items. We had to wait a bit longer for those items before leaving. The food was a huge disappointment - one burger was inedible due to spoiled blue cheese, and the "Senior burger" was simply an overcooked slider with no flavor. Our order, which included one blue burger, one senior burger, two children's chicken strip dinners, and a basket of fried veggies, came out to $65.00 including tip that was automatically added through the app. I question what warranted this tip, as there was minimal service provided besides fixing the order mistake. Overall, this experience was a letdown."
