"This location is absolutely incredible! The staff is PHENOMENAL! I want to give a HUGE shoutout and thank you to the team that worked on Saturday, July 17th, at the Schererville location on Burr St. They handled my big order with remarkable speed and efficiency. I ordered nine footlong subs, each with different specifications, and they did an outstanding job without getting frustrated by the size of the order. They also worked quickly and effectively, even with other customers present, and displayed excellent teamwork. Thank you all for your patience! I will definitely be coming back to get my subs here again because they are incredibly delicious!"

"I visited this establishment and was a rude awakening. There were two older ladies and a very nice young lady working there. My son ordered 3 footling turkey sub sandwiches on Italian herbs n cheese. The older work grabbed the first bread, cut it open, putcheese on it as requested and handed the sub over to the young lady. The young lady asked my son what he would like on theSandwich and my son told her. Meanwhile the older lady asked my son what bread..he told her all 3 are the same bread, meat, veggies and condiment 's. She turned around and grab a bread and cut it open. My son told her it was the wrong bread. Sheopened the breadbox. Literally tossed the bread in there and grabbed the correct bread. She again asked my son, he said allthree sandwiches are the same..and she did the same thing with the third sandwiche..seriously? It was a very unpleasantexperience ordering three same sandwiches. My son wanted the footlong cut in half and wrapped separately, they didn 't knowwhat he was talking about. So he had to explain to them step by step how to wrap the sandwiches separately. Meanwhile anotherlady rang up the register and I asked for military discounts and showed her my military ID. She said we do not give themilitary discount, the manager said not to give any discouns to the military . I said ok and paid for my food. When the younglady was making the last sandwich, another older lady rang me up again. I politely said ma 'am we already paid . She didn 'tbelieve me and she went around and asked all the other workers. Finally someone told her we already paid. I thanked them andleft. I do not recommend getting sandwiches from this franchisee."

"Worst customer service ever!!! I've always had a great experience at this location, I was always greeted extremely welcomed, excellent service from what I assume was the previous manager, she had a niners tattoo, extremely professional quick service. I went in recently and dealt with a skinny man wearing a silk shirt. I assumed by his attire he was an owner or a new manager, I noticed first off he paid no attention to me I stood there waiting to place my order for nearly 5 min, in the past my order would have already been completed. The entire time he was barking at what I assume are new employees, I thought was extremely demeaning. Then he finally pays attention to me and I place my order, he stood there collecting my money then micro managed this new employee scolding him at every wrong move, at the same time instructing all three of them about procedure. So I've now waited a total of 15 minutes to get my order. To make matters worse when my sandwich was completed he then distracted all of the employees to go to the back area and continued to show them something, while my sandwich was still sitting behind the counter with them. He finally brings them back into the restaurant then tells the employee to hand me my sandwich with no excuse or apology. To summarize I've in total wasted 20 min for 1 sandwich, then to find out in the car there was just a tiny amount of pastrami in it, tons of lettuce and tomatoes, Even after I said no tomatoes. So not only did I waste 13$ for bread lettuce and tomatoes I wasted 20 minutes. I was so upset I went directly home and threw it away. I will never eat there again."

"My wife ordered online for curbside through the app. She picked what she thought was grey for a car color, but it turns out it's silver. We get there, she says we're here, there's hardly any cars in the lot, I SEE THE EMPLOYEE LOOK OUT AND SEE ME PUT MY MASK ON. She doesn't bring me our food. My wife has to go in, ask her to repeatedly turn down the music because she can't hear the employee. She wouldn't come out because my car wasn't silver. Technically, it's graphite pearl, but when someone says they're there to pick up the order, and you see someone having just pulled up, you should go check. Get home, and find they left the banana peppers off my sandwich and didn't include my chips. She complained towards corporate, and hasn't heard anything after several days. It might be time to dispute the credit card charge."

"Overall, a good experience! I appreciate this location because it's conveniently located just off the freeway exit, and the lobby is exceptionally clean. My sandwiches were prepared just right without any problems, and everything was going well until we encountered some issues with the coupons. "I had a really bad experience at this Subway! I walked in at 9:15 PM, and the staff member was incredibly rude. She informed me that they were already closed, but then reluctantly offered to make me a sandwich—only using what was left. When I asked to see the sauces, she rushed me to make a choice, saying she didn't have time to wait. I told her to relax, as I was paying for the service. I left feeling frustrated and vowing never to return. She even picked the cheese and bread for me without asking my preference! This is just ridiculous."
