"As many of you know, after reading my reviews, I have a type of restaurant I like and I rarely step outside that proverbial box. This one is exactly outside of my box...and I LOVED it! The Black Bottle serves dishes that are intended to be shared. They are served when ready for the table . I found this experience to be fun and relaxing. I was excited to see which dish would arrive next.The service was exemplary. Jordan was our server and we had Stu behind the bar making some incredible cocktails.We had a group of 8 or 10 people and we ordered a little bit of everything. I am not an adventurous eater (my wife would emphasize that strongly). I tend to shy away from things I have never tried before. Each dish here looked and smelled so delicious, I just shelved that idea for the evening.I found the ambiance relaxing and comfortable. The menu had a great selection and so did the bar. I found this to be a really enjoyable experience and would HIGHLY recommend a visit when in Seattle. Jordan and Stu, I am looking forward to my next visit. Please keep some Asian fried chicken and Melbec Demi-glazed beef short ribs ready for me! I will be back before you know it! Thanks for an AMAZING experience!"
