"I had a great experience at Steak Shak! We arrived on a Friday night when they were quite busy, and the service started off a bit slow. The general manager attended to us first, and he was fantastic; I really appreciated his attention to our table. Although the wait was longer than we had hoped, it’s understandable since they are a new establishment and were packed. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The decor is lovely, and the staff’s setup was good as well. Our poor server was noticeably overwhelmed during our visit, but he managed to keep everything flowing smoothly. The prices were on the higher side, but the quality of the food made it worthwhile. It’s wonderful to see this vibrant place come to life! I will definitely return!"
