"During my first visit, the person who answered the phone and handled our meal was quite unprofessional. He was cursing at someone while I was on the line with him and was late bringing us our food. When he finally handed over our order, the bag was covered in grease and spices, and his gloved hands were a mess. I couldn’t help but laugh at the situation, but luckily, the food was still good.
On my second visit, a different staff member took care of me. The woman was very sweet and courteous over the phone. I love their hot sauce, and even though I didn’t explicitly mention it, she noticed and made sure my wings were thoroughly covered in it. She also added an extra container of hot sauce for my falafel bowl, which I really appreciated. Her extra care and attention definitely made up for the previous experience, so I’m giving them five stars.
Overall, I think this is a great place with good food that is definitely worth your time and money."
