"So I went here the first time a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised with 2 delicious pizzas perfectly cooked and juicy wings smothered in sauce. As a native new Yorker I was so excited to have found this place. A few weeks later, I ordered another pie and was bummed to have something I would compare to a domino's pizza with a chewy thicker crust, and completely undercooked. I gave them the benefit of the doubt called to report the disappointment as means for them to correct the issue for their benefit. Tried them again a few days ago and the pizza was worse than the second time. This time the crust was thin but literally falling apart, the cheese was some kind of hot mess I had never seen before and the wings tasted like they had been sitting out and reheated, super dried out and barely any sauce. Idk if they lost their cook but if they don't get their act together they won't last till the new year."
