"honestly disappointed by my first and only experience in this facility, especially after I heard such wonderful things from a close friend. for beginners our waitress was very impatient and very rude. they took a stance on a misunderstanding on their part, which was shocking when considering that most foods are not freshened. I ordered general Tso chicken and the brokkoli with which it came was cold on the touch. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that the brokkoli decoration is so that it is not necessary to warm it up. I've eaten this dish for 20 years. the broccoli was always boiled to the temperature of the chicken. the manager had the same bad attitude. this device is nothing but an overpriced, disguised China wok. you better go to the shopping center and get Chinese food there. it will be a third of the price with better quality service and eat."

"I ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere or anything like that. However, I was very pleased with the Hunan dish I chose; the beef was tender, and the shrimp and vegetables were cooked perfectly in a sauce that had just the right level of spice (I requested medium heat). My granddaughter also approved of the lo mein. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the spring rolls. While they were nice and crispy on the outside, the inside was quite mushy. I might try the egg rolls next time instead. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely plan to order from this restaurant again."

"I visited this restaurant for an early dinner with my sister while in Stamford. Although mask requirements have been relaxed, the staff continued to wear masks during our visit. Having grown up in New York's Chinatown, I found the food to be well-prepared and delicious. While the entree portions were typical for Western restaurants, they were smaller than what I'm used to in NYC before the pandemic. Nonetheless, the service was good, the food was served quickly, and I believe it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend this delightful spot for quality Chinese cuisine."

"We ordered some soft drinks, but they were poorly mixed and noticeably lacked syrup. Once we realized this, we opted for some safer menu choices. My daughter had the Beef and Broccoli, while my wife and I shared the General Tso Chicken, along with two egg rolls. After one bite of the egg rolls, we knew we were in trouble. They were soggy and tasted like they had been pre-cooked. My daughter's Beef and Broccoli was overwhelmingly soy sauce-flavored, with a thick, sticky texture—completely inedible. The General Tso Chicken was equally disappointing. The chicken was soft and had an odd taste, while the sauce was so acidic that I could only manage two bites. It seemed to me that the meat was low-quality frozen stuff, and the sauces tasted like they came straight from a bottle. As someone who knows how to make both sauces, I can confidently say that if they were made fresh, there would be no way for them to taste like that. We paid for our meal, even though we barely touched it, and ended up grabbing something else on our way home."

"Decided to try their General Tso's Chicken based on a family recommendation. Ordered ahead. My order was ready. The owner was friendly and we spoke for a few minutes. Food tasted good my only disappointment is that the lunch 16 had fried rice instead of white rice when the website said that white rice was the default but other options are available. I also like that they have authentic hot mustard...you just have to ask for it!"

"My wife and I always love the food here and the garlic lo mein in particular is fantastic. I'd like to add that we called to ask if the pineapple fried rice was vegetarian friendly (it is) and the staff were kind enough to call back to make sure eggs were okay with us. They really didn't have to do that but the fact that they went out of their way to do so really speaks volumes about the people working here and how they care about their customers. "I spent over $95 on dinner for four people. I picked up the order and brought it home, only to discover that we received the completely wrong meal. I had ordered a family size portion of sesame chicken, but instead we were given General Tso's chicken. Not only was it the wrong meal, but it also did not taste good – it had a very artificial flavor. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund because my family cannot eat spicy food, but they were unwilling to refund my card. Eventually, they provided us with the correct food. I was told that their sauces are pre-made and simply poured over the meat, so there should not have been a problem with the taste. The appetizers and sushi we ordered were delicious, so I decided not to ask for a full refund. The customer service was terrible and the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude when I mentioned the mix-up. I am disappointed that this happened at this restaurant, but unfortunately we will not be returning."
