"The nigiris were good king salmon and uni were great. But the handrolls were very mediocre, especially the negitoro it was like eating sushi paste out of a tube. Really bland, no texture, just light pink paste. The scallop handroll has too much going on in terms of ingredients flavor. The yellowtail handroll no idea what I was eating. The eel avocado too much sweet eel sauce, tho I guess thats how americans like it? idk. In any case, there are better places in the city for better value for omakase or hand rolls. I guess you shouldn 't come here expecting very authentic sushi japanese food anyways the waiters were all Korean (and later found out owners are too), which is completely fine, but... it 's a little misleading when the name of the restaurant literally means thank you thank you (casual form) in Japanese. I mean, at least you know not to expect authentic Japanese going to Sushi by M or by Bou or Blue Ribbon Sushi given their names... (altho they are much better in quality, regardless).. but I digress. Service was friendly."
