"It was clear that there was understaffing at the restaurant that evening. Visiting town for just one day, my best friend suggested we meet up there. Although I had never dined at this establishment before, I was impressed by the hardworking gentleman who was multitasking as a server, bartender, and handling customer service. Despite our party of five, my food arrived after everyone else had finished eating. I only managed to take a few bites, but it was incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn't take any leftovers with me as I had an 8-hour drive ahead of me. I plan to give them another chance when I return home."
