"While in Bradenton for a lacrosse tournament and staying in Nokomis, we searched for local restaurants and stumbled upon Paya Thai. Let me tell you, it was a fantastic find! With both seafood and non-seafood options, my daughter and I were both satisfied with the menu choices. We started with the delicious chicken spring rolls, which had a flavorful basil filling. She ordered the chicken pad Thai while I opted for the green curry with shrimp. Her dish was generously portioned and full of flavor, while my curry initially seemed to be lacking shrimp. However, to my surprise, there was a hidden abundance of shrimp underneath the veggies. The broth was piping hot and the medium Thai heat level was just right. Since we couldn't take any leftovers back to our hotel without a fridge, I happily finished the entire bowl. The service was excellent and we were well taken care of. I would definitely return to Paya Thai if I found myself in the area again!"
