"Hands down the best cocktail bar in Cleveland. My husband and I have been meaning to try Porco for some time now, and we're so thrilled to have visited on a Saturday. The ambience was dimly lit and had an appropriate noise level. I would say definitely on par with the vibes of the place. The bathroom on the main level could've used a little bit more of a cleaning but it wasn't nasty; I did not use the downstairs bathroom so I cannot comment on that. We were seated in an intimate booth/hut, therefore we didn't need to pay attention to anything or anyone other than each other and our server. It was decorated with paintings, sculptures and great lighting to set the mood for the evening. Andy, our server, was extremely knowledgeable and elevated our experience. He is well versed in the menu and gave us the necessary details to make fantastic cocktail selections. The drinks were strong and well balanced; it wasn't over served, nor did it feel like it was overpowering. There are three levels to the menu that cater to how strong the cocktail will be. We ordered Shining Wizard from level 2 and Improved Hurricane level 3 to start, then we ended off the evening sharing a Scorpion Bowl. BOY OH BOY... did that bowl get us good!!!! It is meant to serve 2-4 people but for the it was a deal for us two; we felt GOOOOOOD after receiving the bowl. It was absolutely delicious, potent and extremely well balanced with the various flavours.. Their in house juices really bring the cocktails to life since it's not too sweet and you can taste each flavour profile. The small eats menu is phenomenal as it incorporates Filipino/Islander flavours, something I'm very well versed in. We only ordered the lumpia shanghai, equivalent to spring rolls, and it tastes just like the OG rolls I've had in the Philippines. I have no doubt that the food choices on the menu are a hit! We recommend making a reservation since it was busy the entire night. We were seated within a minute of entering and checked on by Andy a good and generous amount the entire stay.
