"We ordered two items to go, a combination pho and a pho with grilled beef. When we got home, we realized they had given us a meatball pho instead of what we ordered. Mistakes happen, but what disappointed us was the rude treatment we received when we called to correct the order. We were repeatedly asked if we were sure we had ordered the combination pho, which we had. When we returned to exchange the food, there was no apology or refund offered. They just added the correct meats with bare hands after touching non-food items. We had to ask for the toppings they had forgotten to pack. It was clear they didn't care about customer satisfaction. We will not be returning after this experience. It's important for restaurants to treat their customers well and apologize for mistakes. Instead, we ended up giving our food to the dog. Truly disappointing."
