"My only issue is that the staff can be quite rude during pick-up. As someone who is hard of hearing, I sometimes struggle to catch what people are saying, especially in the noisy food court, and they often seem frustrated with me. Despite this, I continue to come back because their food is delicious and the lunch prices are hard to beat. However, I do wish they would treat their customers with more kindness, as I would likely return more frequently if they did. I also advise against dining in, as the food court seating area is usually dirty. Almost every table I encountered was sticky and unclean. Unless you're shopping at the mall, I recommend opting for takeout. *Edit as of 7/5/2023: After visiting this location more regularly over the past few weeks, I've found that my initial enthusiasm has diminished. The tipping point came when an employee watched me grab soy sauce and chopsticks. He appeared annoyed and remarked that he had already placed "a ton of soy sauce" in my bag. If I've paid for my food and the condiments are available for customers, it's unnecessary for him to comment so snarkily about it. His attitude really took me by surprise. Since that uncomfortable encounter, I haven't returned and don't plan to. Additionally, during my last two visits, the tuna sushi was somewhat dry. There are plenty of other sushi places nearby with similar prices that will allow me to pick up my food without any hassle."

"Hands down the best authentic South Korean and Japanese food I have ever tasted! Food: My friends and I shared the galbi (beef short rib) and it was so juicy and flavorful, it came on a hot plate and was sizzling legit music to my ears. I got the tofu soup amazing. The flavors danced on my taste buds, the spice level was on point (I love spicy) i started sweating and loved every moment of it. The tofu was soft and there were bits of tender pork belly and shrimp which just complimented the soup so well. It really hit the spot since today was cold and rainy. We also got the soy bean paste soup and the udon soup phenomenal flavors. The soy bean soup tasted like home, it was very nostalgic and we loved every bit of it. The udon was just as good, noodles were thick and the chew was absolute (if you’ve had udon then you know what i mean, if you haven’t then it’s worth the try), it was just a sensation of flavor! Kind of like that ratatouille scene lol. Service: Our server was the sweetest lady we could ever meet. She was kind and soft spoken and extremely polite. She took care of us period. It seemed like she was the only server in the restaurant so of course please extend some grace to this hard working young woman, she is trying her best. We’re visiting from Los Angeles and i KNOW if they moved to KTOWN they would totally thrive! A true hidden gem if you are looking for authentic South Korean or Japanese dishes. If you’re ever in Boise Idaho, this place is definitely worth your while."
