"This was quite possibly the worst Mexican meal I've ever had! I want to start by saying that I've dined in this restaurant multiple times without any problems, but this was my first experience with takeout, and frankly, they shouldn't even offer it. We ordered two large burritos, but when I opened the bag, I found what looked like two small enchiladas instead. As I picked up the container, all the food shifted to one side since the lid wasn't secured, and everything spilled into the bag, covering the other container as well.
After some cursing and gathering the mess back onto the tray, we finally got to taste it. The best way to describe the food is bland, cold, and soggy. Instead of serving one large burrito filled with both beef and chicken, they split it into two smaller ones—one with beef and the other with chicken. They then poured sauce on top, which made everything mushy and caused it all to fall apart. A burrito is meant to be pick-up-and-eat, not something that requires a knife and fork. Honestly, I've had better food in a hospital. Overall, this meal deserves a 0 out of 10."
